0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz. Agave Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, then add ice. Seal shaker and shake well for 5-7 seconds. Strain cocktail over fresh ice in a salt rimmed glass.

3 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
1 oz. Heavy Cream
Build all ingredients except heavy cream with ice and stir to incorporate. Add heavy cream last, on top.
